Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The company has treated me very well over my almost decade here. Its provided a lot of opportunities for myself and my family. I work hard, but also really have the opportunity to disconnect when I'm on PTO. I don't feel pressured to work crazy hours.

The company works hard to provide fair compensation and benefits.

401k Matching at 100% up to 6% contribution is pretty big

Having a sense of accomplishment and the ability to connect with others to complete goals.

The company has recently increased PTO and also added a permanent Year End Break which is fantastic!

I love the opportunity to work with a global team and get to know more about other cultures.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have done an exceptional job to care for the company, and its employees during covid and now as we begin to come out of it.

Collaboration. I get the opportunity to work with people from all over the world and gain different perspectives. Sabre has an incredibly diverse group of individuals!
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with customers and my peers. Building relationships with people from all over the world, and then the opportunity to meet them in person for various reasons.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership believes in me and gives me the opportunity to do my best work. I feel I can make decisions which I feel are in the best interest of the company, while knowing I can still learn/gain feedback for possible better future choices.
