I have been in sabre for more than 15 years, it has been a pretty good journey. I started with really bad leaders which some of them are still around. I think the company has evolved in that aspect promoting leaders because of their skills and not just because they are good at their tech role.

after almost 20 years at SABRE, I wonder when things will change and we will start working more in a plan based than in a fire mode.
