It's been almost 20 years for me. Sabre has given me the opportunities to advance in my career, sometimes slower than expected, but still. I believe Sabre really cares about employees, but sometimes hard decisions need to be made.

Salaries compared to global companies in my market are low (lower than 40% for the same or 1 lower level)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the health insurance, but since we changed to BCBSU in Montevideo, we all want to go to the previous provider MP.
