Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, for the integrity and passion that I put into my work, I feel underpaid. It would be great to match the promotion percentages(25-35%) in the industry. A 15% increase cannot be called a promotion. Also, There is alot of difference in percentage increment across teams even if on same level.
