I am not impressed at all by our leadership team

How hardly committed and hard workers everyone is even in the current environment of being burned out, tired and overworked
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Timelines are short, work day finishing past mid night is normal, expectations are unreasonable, there is no sight that things will improve, we do not focus on actually solving the long term problems,... To change this it will require a MAJOR change in priorities and in team members
