I wish Sabre would focus on WORK rather than pushing "culture" as a thinly veiled excuse to force their socio-political agenda on their workforce.

generally positive. I wish there was less emphasis on cultural mandates.

likemindedness - they generally hold the same views I do about Sabre and the direction things are going
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the company focuses too much on forcing everyone to think certain ways. Their efforts at inclusion and diversity actually have the oposite effect...it drives animosity and an unpleasant work environment
