Nothing is wrong, but I wouldn't work if I didn't have to.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are simply inexperienced. Hopefully, as they get more experienced, it will be easier to collaborate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am behind market value. I have always been home based and my salary is only acceptable if I can work from home. Were I required to travel to office for work, my salary would not be enough. Now that everyone can WFA (taking their office-based salaries with them) I am feeling short-changed
