SIP! + Base Salary. Great access to PTO - I'm also totally remote so flexibility is a Wonderful option.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fine balance between balancing a Technology platform with Human run Hospitality organizations. Its an asset to have relationships with customers where you can HELP them and offer suggestions for the customer's success. It feels like People>Technology>Profit
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Laura Thorpe is hands down the BEST leader I have ever worked with and I look to learning more and more from her as my tenure grows. Frank, I don't know as well yet, but he is incredibly supportive of our team and between those two leaders and my direct supervisor Mark Bot, I finally feel home.
