I have been with Sabre over 10 years and like the changes I am seeing now. I also wished someone would see how much our potential our team has for our business.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am taking severance as of December 13. I am leaving as I can't do the commute to the office 3 days a week. I don't want to leave. I had no choice as my family comes first. We were never asked how we could continue our work/life balance. I am disappointed in Sabre

We can speak candid with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work from home as an option and taking our family situations into consideration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would like to see more informationabout our company and where we are going as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can control my own day and hours with work from home and my family is not suffering in the process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not received a salary review in several years. I have been moved to other departments with small increases in salary. My team has changed considerably and I still support 2 products, but my responsibilities have changed.
