I've over 20 years of experience but I'm still underpaid comparing to local market and comparing to co-workers that have less experience

I have child support and taking care of my new family. I'm supporting two families. My income is not enough to keep up with the expenses. I love to work for Sabre but I need my income to be adjusted.
