Too many meetings, and I dont have time to work on the quality of the technology solutions.

I do not believe that my coworkers have the technical skills needed. They require constant support, and actually create more work.

Most of my coworkers are not technically skilled, and I have to either do the work for them, or try to teach them basic skills.
