Very positive, and like I have lots of opportunity to progress. Sabre is flexible, inclusive, well-led and modern. The only think I would say that's slightly negative is that not all teams feel as positive as my team and I do; it really depends on the team's manager and scope of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing! Everyone works together and supports each other, and we have a great environment in which to grow professionally and personally.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, my manager, my business partners and my prospects for career growth. I am really excited at the thought of progressing further and moving into a larger leadership role. I'm excited and happy that my manager supports this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable, down-to-earth, intelligent and focused on both the business and its people. The comparison with leadership of previous years is crazy different - this leadership is so much more modern, transparent and competent, and there are no more painful egos to deal with!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sabre is transforming at a really rapid rate! It's impressive to see how the company is changing for the better and all the initiatives that are being introduced to make our lives better. I feel valued, included, that I can be myself and that I am making a difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued at all - my manager does a lot to advance my career and benefits and I really appreciate that. I just know that I'm well below the mid-point for my role and, in the face of inflation, I'll feel this even more next year.
