Keep up with market compensation, or barring that at least keep up with inflation.

Work from home. I will never accept returning to the office when it has been proven we are more productive from home.

Match pay scale to new hires. I have been here over a decade, and yet I am severely underpaid. It does not lead me to believe that I am appreciated.
