It's clear that it's a challenging time at Sabre, but difficult times build character, I don't regret the decision to have joined this company, and I am confident that we will be successful if we continue to stay focused.

We appreciate each other, it's a great people culture, it the best work culture I've ever experienced in my career

I am blessed to have a very diverse and motivated team. The atmosphere is very supportive and we deliver excellence on a regular basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As I am not based in US, there are little perks that apply to me. Would be good for instance if the company could cover fully the basic medical insurance that I have to pay in the country I live in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very little benefits beyond compensation - my medical insurance is very expensive and I have to pay for it from my own pocket (different than my colleagues living in US). Inflation and other expenses such as energy are high but salaries are not reviewed at the same rate.
