The company as a whole is a cool place to work, I believe there are steps to be taken to make it comparable with other leading technology companies, but I believe the direction is there. I think the majority of my complaints with my work is departmental and is due to lack of leader training.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually working together as a team and not creating artificial roadblocks to make doing work more challenging.
