This company moves at lightning speed. This can be good to continuously shift to our customers needs/wants, however, it also can cause a lot of wasted effort.

We have a culture of helping others. When someone asks you can always find someone who is willing to help.

I like the openness that they exhibit. It will be interesting to see if the new CEO will show the same openness.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is so many things going on at once and they overlap/cross over each other. Many are NDA'd and yet affect my workstream and create a situation where my work is wasted. This makes work overwhelming at times.
