I have like worked at Sabre a lot until recently. I'm not supportive of how I&D is being implemented at Sabre. For the first time since I worked at Sabre I feel like I cannot be my true self.

I get to work with helpful and supportive people who are trying to solve complex travel problems and contribute to their journey.

They are helpful and share when possible.

People are patient with each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my work has impact on revenue generation.

They are supportive of each other and work hard.

I like the fact that we are pushing to grow revenue.

When I can see a idea that my team generated mature and help others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sabre has for the most part stayed out of the culture wars in the USA, which some exceptions.
