This survey was supposed to take three minutes. Impossible with so many free-text inputs. My overall experience is good, however sometimes I get promised metaphorical 3-minute surveys which take a lot longer. The company sometimes underestimates the impact of an innocent lie sent to all employees.

Getting paid. And seeing that my work actually has an impact and helps others achieve their goals.

I appreciate that the company is still functioning and has prospects for cutting even soon and then future growth
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A 10-15% increase in pay would satisfy me in the current situation. This is what similar responsibility jobs are paid in other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them are very competent and focused on fulfilling our goals. Working with them is a pleasure, because we help each other solve problem rather than create obstacles in the form of excessive bureaucracy or holding on to ridiculous procedures.
