Managers are working for their own manager, not for the teams.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A huge difference between VCP and sipp in the past 10 years. VCP amount is very poor. A car allowance at least would be needed, and salary increase to balance poor vcp.

very very low incentives compared to sales team although we have same objectives. And compared to sales team's skills. Incentives should be equal for all, not mesured by percentage of salary and title

only the work that is visible by others (projects) or work out of my portfolio is recognized. But recognition is only Say Thanks while others have real financial bonus. Real hard work is never visible.
