Employees are encouraged and allowed to "do their own thing".

They are very candid and transparent and try to keep up with the current market when developing employee perks, etc

I enjoy the job that I do and also happy to be on a team and no longer a 1 man show.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see all current employees have their pay brought up to new hire standards as that is only fair.

We are all very well versed in our field and are able to complement each other on the tasks that need to be done.

Raises that at least try to keep up with inflation and the cost of living. We have only been seeing 2-3% over the last 3 years.
