everything.... seems that KRK gets everything and people in the US get screwed

we work very well together and feed off each other when looking for solutions to issues with existing products/creating new products

I've been under paid for YEARS and haven't gotten a promotion because my manager is too afraid to ask for it or my manager is changed.

The change in compensation, (pay, vacation, ect) has been made to bring in new employees, but what have you done for the loyal employees that have been here 20 plus years?
