I dont like the office. The people are fine; the office is depressing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Very little enthusiasm at this company. Clockwatchers, mostly. No real chance for upward mobility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some rise in the stock price. A lot of our comp is tied to our stock price and the vast majority of us cannot do anything to improve that...very frustrating.

We are a necessaey evil, like a utility, to our cuatomers. We have burned a lot of bridges and customers don't forget. We must produce at least one wxciting product that customers actually want and dont resent paying for...

We need some wins. Not some far off, potebtial pay off in 3 years. The stock price needs to rise and our $17M CEO should be able to figure our how to accomplish that. I am not sure how to do that, but then again, I don't get paid $17,000,000 a year, so...
