It is a great company that has great potential to succeed in the Industry. A more focused approach and broader more in depth communicative path to engaging employees would benefit all. The Short term versus Long term goals are hard to map but I am confident that we will win.

A fair market value assessment done across the board for employees where data that is being used can be accessible to that employee to know how their compensation is being reviewed and made

It is a team that is focused on delivering solutions to the products that are sold even if that product does not fit. The team works hard to make sure that the customer is happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i have been at the low end of my payscale for longer than expected. I am thankful and grateful for what I receive but do believe when the world pays my role better we should assess how we can bring this up.
