Sabre's business model and customer base is interesting and exciting. However, the company, specifically in my area, does not develop their team members nor offer clear paths for progression. Compensation is also well below market but the flexibility somewhat makes up for that.

We all work really hard and communicate well. Projects are a team effort.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team communicates effectively and I appreciate the open and honest communication about the strategy and focus of our business.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and our relationship; we work well together. The work can be exciting and challenging from time to time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to have career development with a clear path to promotion along with market adjusted compensation. My peers at other companies with similar or less experience are making 30% to 40% more than I am currently making.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the flexibility and the WFA policy. This allows me to have better work life balance and work to live instead of live to work. I value the time I do spend in person with my team more because it is less frequent.
