I am happy to be part of sabre, great work culture. Getting enough time for complete or task. But if I come to my pay I am not happy just because other companies paying more. And do consider due to covid we did not get enough hikes since last 3 years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes as per current market situation I am getting uder paid, As a senior software engineer I am getting paid as SDE-1 from other companies perspectives.
