The salaries the company pays are low compared to the market and competitors and at the same time the benefits package has been reduced

The salaries must be adjusted to the market conditions and at the same time precisely during the times when the stock price is low I would insist that the management give a benefits package of shares even instead of money in order to retain me as an employee in the future
