I have been able to grow in my career path since joining 16 years ago and received recognition for my performance. The ride has been rewarding and yet challenging one at times, and sometimes also exhausting but the end results have always reflected the hard work and effort invested.

Sabre is a very good company that is always evolving and has an excellent human resource. My 18 years of service are a reflection of my commitment to the company

it's welcoming, very diverse and flexible.

Being able to get things done! Being able to service my customers in efficient ways.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay would be expected (especially in comparison with the same position being performed in other countries). This would add true value to my position and years in the company.

I believe my SIP and Salary is not representative of the global market value. I am not being compensated equally with other colleagues performing the same role in a different region. Additionally, the segment I work for will probably never get a member to qualify for the president's club
