I love Sabre, just hate the constant thread of layoffs.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work and social interaction.

That they keep the company afloat.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
An all inclusive group of people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to get the tasks for the day done in a timely manner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great group of people who work together as a team, always. I love my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1% increases did not keep up with inflation. Still, I love Sabre so here I stay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and honest. And not above greeting the little people when they run into them, makes one feel like you matter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a mixed team but have history together. My team has gone through ups and downs together but at work and in out private lives. We truly are a team!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With a pretty stagnant income and increasing inflation, I am going backwards. However, I understand we are in recovery mode and love Sabre, so hanging in there for the PTO and people I work with. That goes a long way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not only do I work with some of the greatest minds in our industry, they are also a funny bunch. So the team works hard, laughs often and always help each other when needed. A GREAT team who has a family feel.
