I really liked the way Sabre leadership navigated through Covid challenges by reassuring their care for Employees, Customers, and Sabre business in general. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the promotion, I got a low salary hike. Salary is not adjusted for inflation as well. This personally has impacted my financial goals, especially retirement savings. Adjusting salary to match the current market offering will be a good motivation.
