Coordination and committment. There have been days when teams have come together to complete tasks due to aggressive timelines.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Check the current market range and match the salary, the new joiner may be paid higher. Being in the company for 8 years the compensation may be less compared to new joiners.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compare the market price of the role and increase the pay accordingly. If you have been with the company for more than 5 years, then the pay increase is just 5-6%. where as if we think of moving to different company we get offered min of 25-30%.
