Allowing flexible work location is the most important factor for me at this time. With a young family and both parents working, not having to go into the office allows me to perform at my best. If I was forced to go into the office 5 days per week, I would leave Sabre.
My compensation relative to peers that have left the company is way under market (at least with the 10 solid data points I have). Also the bonus structure has a lot of ambiguity/subjectivity that can be seen as a way for executives to pay out less at the end of the year - leading to mistrust.
