The last 4-5 years have been the best. More open to new technologies. More open to work together, especially between product and technology.

When I try to put myself into the shoes of new joiners, who don't have connections and knowledge built up... that working on a code base with my team I could pick up pretty easily... but to figure out how to work with other departments or that other departments actually -- HARD

Even though there are slow processes, there is good cooperation on the tech side

We could have put this ship into drydock and retired but instead we keep pushing into the future

Solid maneuvering through the pandemic. Now we need to see how we navigate the new headwinds and return to profitability.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The blend of salary, VCP and Stock Awards. When everything hits, its good. If it doesn't hit, it's subpar for Tech.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
7 weeks and 2 days of vacation. RSUs would be nicer if stock would go up instead of down. Otherwise Cash would be preferred.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k & PTO appear toward the top. Medical/dental/vision is good but not like the very top Cadillac plans. Base/bonus/equity when they all hit are good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a techie, I am grateful that they have stayed on the Tech Transformation course for multiple years and did not give up when revenue stopped flowing. Also, the financial movements completed to help us make it through the pandemic and beyond seem to have been great moves.
