I believe that my basic salary is not that great but I appreciate the SIP

We work as one regardless of our individual differences. The company is supportive and care about its staff.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with customers, and colleagues , and getting things done. Also the challenges that we encounter daily, more than often you do not know what to expect. It is thrilling!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Colleagues with the same job title and less accounts earning much more , and salary no aligned to what is on offer within the market. I have been approached by a competitor with an offer times 2.5 my current salary. It would be great to have salaries aligned to the market, and better perks attached
