Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It is a company of great contrasts. On the one side we could be the leaders and provide best in class solutions for the industry. Unfortunately on the other side great ideas are wasted and we end up with solutions that no one wants to use. I think do not have the right people at the right place.

I make people fly. I like the travel industry and challenges we are facing each day developing software.

The best thing is that my team cares about the work they do and is focused on code quality.

Please define leadership team. I am really happy about the work C-level leaders are doing, but I am often disappointed with the decisions made by our Sr Director and VP.
