Every year there is something, with layoffs, restructures, etc. asking of us to do more with less without being given the proper tools to do our jobs

That they value my opinion and work and give me a platform to be heard and bring new ideas to the table.

That the work I'm producing is better evaluated and the weight I've carried as more people have left our team is rewarded.
