The price of the dollar has been going down for a long time and salaries are no longer enough to be able to live well since the country is very expensive.

I've trying to grow within the Company since I believe I have what It's needed but I'm not being able to show what I've to offer. About the compensation, I've been working within the Company for almost 5 years and my salary does not get increased as I've expected. Other IT Companies are paying more.
