
Exciting, and challenging work occurring with top notch, incredible team members. Major challenge is that most in hospitality are overwhelmed and doing the work of 2-3 employees. Leadership should be concerned about burnout.

Being global. It allows us to learn and engage with each other on another level to better understand various backgrounds, cultures, etc. I think this helps us achieve our business goals overall having a much better understanding of various cultures, and norms, etc.
Outside people are being hired at a higher pay, and would like to see internal sabre employees that merit pay increases to meet current market demands. I understand this is being worked on, however my direct manager doesn't appear to have any insight into this whatsoever.
Most of the members on my team have been with Sabre 10 or more years, we are all very passionate about what we do, and strive to do our best despite the challenges we face. We share information and educate each other, lend a hand when needed.
