with the competent that job marketplace is it - i feel for the type of work I do, i feel the compensation is 20% below fair market compensation

for my skillset and experience - the compensation in the marketplace is much higher from the data points I have. In tech jobs you need to continuously learn new technologies and apply those skills for best possible result.I feel technical jobs at Sabre need to be paid little more than paid currently
