I really like the benefits Sabre now gives, especially with time off. However, I feel like the pay can be better for long-time employees. I really like what I do but I feel my opportunities for growth are limited because I work in the USA. Sabre has made it clear they want to move jobs overseas.

Sabre is very flexible with remote working and has greatly enhanced benefits the past couple of years.

They are heavily invested in the future of travel and have positioned us to be the eventual leader.

My team is very proactive. They are quick to take action on issues affecting our team and do not always wait to be told what to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I am paid below market average for my position. I would like Sabre to invest more in bringing long-time employees pay up to market averages.
