its been 8 long years of hard work and thriving for a better future working on my career, but eventhough i have a lot of recognitions and great numbers as well as extremely meaningful projects done succesfully under the belt, i have been left over with different situations, UNDERPAID and NO GROWTH

ive been working for more than 8 years and achiecing lots of goals and achieving great numbers but my salary does reflect that at all

we are looking for a better way of life in the country that we live in and we know where we are and where we want to be

i have been working in the same position before pandemic, holding down a team , modernised it provided all my best time and effort without recompensation, lowering great amount of cost providing trainings etc without recognition
