Sabre has been a stable company to work for. Things have improved for me recently as I have managers who don't overlook me and are working to move me up to new positions.

Overall positive. The company has gone through a lot of management styles and trends, but now seems to be going on a more positive path that will get done what needs to be done to help the company change with technology and be competitive.

We help each other whenever needed.

Health insurance is very good compared to other companies.

The week off between Christmas and New Year's Day, and the medical insurance coverage.

They are trying to keep Sabre viable as a company through the changing travel market.

When we are able to help other teams with their testing needs and help solve problems for them in their testing.

Helping others resolve their support needs so they can perform the testing they need to do, and to do it correctly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility to now WFH full-time or at the office as needed. With Sabre spanning over the globe now it doesn't make sense to force many of us to work at the office when we only work with people overseas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently the flexibility of work schedule. It is nice for me as I need to work with people in other countries, such as India and Poland. Not having to be at the office daily, but rather work from home, allows me to save gas, transportation time, and be there mor to support the other teams.
