Adjust it to the market rate and at least keep up with inflation. Bring back stock awards to lower than director levels

Compensation is way below the market rate plus there are no stock or stock options in the package. 401K is reasonable as well as health plans

Openness and transparency. I can openly express my opinion without any fear or hesitation. The discussion are always honest and to the point. No blaming or complaining

Not at par with the market rates, and no compensation in company stock or stock options. Companies that are involving their employees in those plans might be adding many thousands of dollars to the overall package
