As with most tech companies, the accumulation of technical debt can be an increasing burden over time. Longer-term employees carry the burden more than new, since they "know the systems."
Pay is below market. Sabre culture is changing. Too much emphasis is being placed on driving the culture in certain directions, rather than organic change. Many potentially divisive issues are being introduced. They should focus on the core business, profitability and professionalism.
