Better pay raises, more clear payment expectancy in the different roles the company provides, so the decision to move to a different role, and all it implies, can be more usually tied to a pay increase)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Make roles have a more clear income expectancy, so its easier to decide if one wants to move to a different role or not Make pay increases better, since now, there isnt any incentives for going an extra mile (our pay increase is tied to inflation, and that is almost like not having one at all)
