This is a great company. However not all deserve to work here. To ME it would be much easier and faster without some coworker. They often work from a fitness and then a very small task is being done for weeks. The same task could be done in 2 days if they work. Frustrating when comparing salaries...

In general I like the company and work at Sabre. However, I do not like how savings, freezes and other limitation touch only lower level employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be a real salary raise.

Ability to resolve issues faced by the customers.

When I resolve an issue and can move forward to the next.

They need more accountability, and work more. Work from home is not for all.

Use the knowledge they suppose to gathered in the past. Connect dots. Stop asking the same basic questions.

My salary is far less than the current market average. As a visa-based employee I'm not allowed to change job.

US-based coworkers sometimes seem like they are missing basic tech skills. They are asking question for example how to send a request to the application that they should support.
