largely a positive experience for my 35 years. however recent years with movement of dev resource to low cost areas my dev team feels isolated and unsupported. I do understand the situation but that is my feedback.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay rate is far below industry mid-point and my perception is that opportunity to increase in current role is not great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a culture and environment within my team which is healthy and positive but not so much aware of a culture at US/DFW work site.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay rate is quite a bit less than my pay band. I understand I am US based and that usually means less focus on pay increase.
