My team seems to work well together when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For me specifically, I like that they are understanding to my specific needs. I also like that they are always there to help answer any questions I may have, and I know they trust my work performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told that I need to speak up when I think I deserve acknowledgment and or promotion, but I come from a time where doing your job and doing it well, with above average quality, is what gets you recognized. So with that being said, I feel I have been left behind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the only thing that I feel has kept me at the same level for my entire career at Sabre, is the fact that I do not have a college degree. Even though I am trusted to do the work, I do a great job, as reflected in my reviews, I don't feel that my pay reflects that.
