Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I feel empowered and have the necessary tools to be successful at what I do. There is just too much work to be done and so my work-life balance is compromised. I hardly am able to do my motherly duties as work and deadlines beckon. The day does not seem to end sometimes.

The team shows eagerness to collaborate.

Opportunities to celebrate and have some enjoyable get togethers in the office are organized

Very proactive and supportive. We speak the same language as well as share the same goals.

There's good collaboration and communication within and across my work streams. Transparency is very noteworthy within the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Merit increases could be improved both in amount as well as in the process on how it is arrived at.
What makes you most happy at work?
There's clarity in my role, although I am currently working outside of my job description in order to support some challenges in other areas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is room for improvement on the merit increase given and a 13-month bonus should be introduced as in other companies that I know of
