I feel that Sabre is ever evolving to keep up with the needs and wants of the travel industry. Was very proud that we came through the covid years with our company firmly intact and looking forward to the future with solid plans of action.

Regularly scheduled "talks" to inform us of company actions, involvements, dealings and aspirations

The ability to work from home, and the great work/life balance it provides.

Seeing a project through from start to reasearch, collaboration and discussion, and successful completion

Their honesty and transparency, keeping us informed of where our company stands and where we intend to go in the future
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The exceptional amount of time off and the yearly bonus. Really appreciate the paid time off during the week between Christmas and New Years becomming a permanent policy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly bonuses and permanent PTO during the week between Christmas and New Year. Also appreciate being paid for volunteer services. Looks like with WorkDay now, we are not able to take 1/2 day PTO days, and I would like to see that reinstated.
