For someone whos not in Technology or Sales working is very difficult. We are not getting enough funds tools and human recourses from ex, team. We are expected to provide legal/accounting/ tax expertise but getting so few attention for ourselves and our job needs. We need tools and people.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
With direct team&manager- excellent. With internal tools - very negative (not enough IT). With procedures -negative (too much, too slow). I do not feel like my potential are fairly used. I don't have a fare pay cause I go beyond the needs but per. get nothing . For 7 yrs inflation ate my free cash.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openness in public discussions like town halls etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and my manager.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
VALUE the time of EMPLOYEE. Company have too much policies and procedures slowing us down for any operational need. IT exist only for customers but not for employees. I'm bored cause I'm surrounded by 100% manual tasks. US never counts the specifics of other countries that can not operate the same.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in 20 promotions freeze (I worked 1 year for same money)and salary reduction happened almost immediately. . In 22 inf. ate 1/5 my salary, and no merit for huge inflation happened. Company has much more endurance then I do. But my financial condition is not counted at all. It only works 1 way.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My EMEA accounting team are the best. My rating are given actually to sales. They do not take ownership of their customers in terms of actual delivery. Debts rising but they don't care much. And also it's strange they don't wish to know operational model of Company , Agencies or base agr. terms.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Help,allow local employees leed their own projects. Most part of my job is manual because US is too busy with global projects like BRIM but at the same time not allowing me to do any improvement which are critical for local needs. All answers I hear is that everyone is busy and there is no recourses
What makes you most happy at work?
I am not happy at my work anymore. I'm drawn in manual process and I can't get US to help and get the improvements. And at the same time I'd rather like to work more on interesting projects but due to poor local tools I have now I can't look more far then my manual everyday routine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the value as employee is only expressed with the words but not with something to actually help me improve my living. I don't have enough monetary or other compensation. I am expected to work hard while if divide my VCP by year it's only enough to by 1 extra time food in the shop every month
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My position is not taking into consideration for any decisions and not valued. My advices are never counted or listened. Though it only a duty of my profession to be in line with legal accounting and tax requirements. I am pushed by coworkers but I have to say no many times laws must be respected.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
An employee on my position never have a chance to work wish leadership team to be able to say anything. They all too far, I do not have clue what is their day to day tasks and accomplishments. Such question shall be asked to someone who works face to face, not a remote worker not US based.
